Although the room was cold, the staff immediately arrived to fix the conditioner after the request and it was made warm after all. The staff at reception is nice and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful.

Amazing friendly and caring staff especially Mr cihan. He was very professional and kind through out our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall 10/10 for entire staff. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

Nice and pleasant room, good heating😊, Very good breakfast. The hotel is close to the fair, which was the reason for the visit.

The rooms and the breakfast were good. The bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were great. nice Turkish coffee from the lounge area.

Excellent locagion in one of the most modern area of the city, the mall is a 5 min walk, all neceaaitiea around. The amenities, everything you need is available in the room, soap and towels in the bathroom, coffee machine and pods available, teas, and even small chocolates. Fully equipped kitchen, Staff verry attentive, the self check in process is very easy. Parking included.

Ece in Pullman reception made sure my accommodation was up to standard and informed me about all the facilities in the hotel. Superb service, hygiene, and quality.

Nice place to live but to far from centre and airport no god if u come to visit faith area than best place to live in faith area
